Refunds
Lubellaboutique.com unfortunately does not award any refunds on returned items, only Store Credits in the form of a Gift Card. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include any shipping charges. The cost of the prepaid return shipping label may vary and will be deducted from your Store Credit.
Store Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the Store Credit before we have actually issued it to you. We do not hold items for returns or exchanges. Store Credit can only be used online on our website store.

Returns
Lubellaboutique.com has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return & ship it back to our warehouse. Any return processed after this timeframe will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, unwashed, odor and pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains, and be returned with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bodysuits, bathing suits, undergarments, accessories, candles/diffusers or gift cards.

To start a return, you can email us at info@lubellaboutique.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, you will be given instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Lubellaboutique.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), swim suits, body suits, undergarments, and all accessories. Any merchandise not approved for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
