Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer free shipping back to our warehouse & a label will be generated for you. Anything past the date of return, or final sale item(see eligible returns), will not be accepted & shipped to back to the customer at the customers expense.

How do I return my items?

Send us an email to info@lubellaboutique.comstart a return! Please make sure to review our "eligible returns" before you begin the return process. *Be sure to include your order number & item "name(s)" that you are interested in returning to us in your email.

What items are eligible for returns?

Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn & unwashed. They should be free of deodorant, makeup, food stains, pet hair & odor. Please make sure to include all packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bodysuits, bathing suits, undergarments, accessories, candles/diffusers or gift cards.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds at any time. We issue Store Credits in the form of an E-Gift Card for all eligible returns. The amount of your E-Gift Card is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping cost. E-Gift Cards can only be used online on our website.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a store credit. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How do E-Gift Cards work?

Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our E-Gift Cards have no additional processing fees & can only be used on our website.

How can I track my order?

You have two options when it comes to tracking your order.

1. You can use the "Chatbot" located at the bottom right of the screen. Once you click track my order, you will be asked to provide your order information(order number & email address).

2. You can check your email for updates. As your order is being processed & ready to be shipped you will receive an email. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email with all of your shipping information, including a tracking number.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

We are currently working on adding this option at checkout. Stay tuned for updates!

How much do you charge for shipping?

We currently charge a flat shipping fee of $11.95 to all orders placed on our website.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
